Your storage period is agreed upon before we confirm your order. This gives us a default return date. To make changes, please note the following deadlines before your storage end date:

• Extend your storage — notify us at least 7 days before your end date
• Donate your items — notify us at least 14 days before your end date

If we do not hear from you, your items will be returned to you on the agreed date.

Yes, just contact us and we'll arrange an additional pickup at the same rate.

We accept boxes, luggage, clothes, books, small appliances, and similar household items. Items must be properly packed and sealed before collection.

We do not accept large furniture, perishables, flammable or hazardous materials, live plants or animals, or illegal items.

Yes, items should be packed and sealed before collection. Standard box size is 50 x 40 x 40 cm. Contact us if you need advice on packing.

To keep our rates among the most affordable in Singapore, we currently do not offer item insurance. We handle all stored items with care, however Stowaway is not liable for loss or damage to items while in storage. If you have high-value or irreplaceable items, we'd advise storing those separately or ensuring your own insurance coverage. Full terms and conditions apply.

Yes. With your explicit written consent, we can arrange donation drop-offs to a charity of your choice or our nominated partner. Please notify us at least 14 days before your storage end date. Donation arrangements are confirmed with you before any action is taken. Contact us to arrange this.

Yes, we can assist with move-in and move-out services at an additional fee, quoted before confirmation. Contact us with your details and we'll put together a custom quote.
